Yevhen "Lutsyk" Lutsenko is a fan of the "Niva" football club (Vinnytsia).
Yevhen Ivanovich Lutsenko was born on August 22, 2001 in the city of Vinnytsia. He studied at school No. 32, and after the 9th grade he continued his studies at the Vocational and Technical Education Center No. 1 in his hometown, where he majored in auto mechanics. He was willing to do sports, despite the fact that at the age of 6, doctors diagnosed him with "asthma". Since childhood, he started visiting the boxing section, went to training with an inhaler, later became interested in mixed martial arts.
From the age of six, Evgeny attended football matches at the local stadium "Lokomotiv" every Saturday with his grandfather. He started cheering for Vinnytsia "Niva" from the age of 11. A few years later, he began to support the team in the fan sector. Older friends from the fan movement watched over their teammate and saw him as a promising representative of the younger generation.
Since his youth, he was a devoted nationalist, a member of the Vinnytsia branch of the public organization "Centuria", which is engaged in patriotic education of youth in the region. At the same time, Evgeny was successful in sports, trained a lot and competed in mixed martial arts competitions.
Having lost his father in 2015, he soon became a complete orphan. He took care of two sisters and supported them in every possible way while at war.
"Lutsyk" was a soldier of the 137th Separate Marine Infantry Battalion. He was one of those who liberated Kherson in the fall of 2022, after which he repelled an enemy attack in the East. Yevhen Lutsenko died in battle near Vugledar on February 7, 2023. While trying to carry a wounded brother from the battlefield, he died of his wounds.
