Oleh "Aksyon" Aksenenko is a fan of "Zorya" football club (Luhansk) and a representative of the " Black and White" movement.
Oleh Aksenenko was born on July 14, 1994 in Luhansk. An active member of the fan movement " Zorya". He was very energetic, a real troublemaker and hooligan, in the best sense of the word. "Aksyon" began to stand for free Ukraine from the first days of the Revolution of Dignity, and joined those fateful events in the capital's Maidan.
Soon "Aksion" would become one of the first members of the "Azov" movement. Despite his constant problems with discipline, he was the first to perform the most dangerous missions. He had a hooligan temper, which often led to funny situations. One of Oleh's comrades in arms would later recall: "Once "Aksyon" went to Kyiv to take his exams. The trains were running from Mariupol through already occupied Donetsk once in a while. So, Aksion wakes up with an Azov T-shirt on and realizes with horror that this is Donetsk station. That time, his luck did not betray him and he calmly drove on."
People loved the 20-year-old cheerful guy. They say when Oleh was on duty in Mariupol, he was always lucky. People brought him a lot of food and other useful things. Once local girls even gave him a cake with the image of a trident, which they baked themselves. He also was fond of football. He was the goalkeeper of the Azov team during a friendly match with Mariupol children. "Azov" team lost in a penalty shootout, and his comrades joked that it was "Aksyon's" fault - he did not save. He then noted: "Guys, we are playing with children. They must learn to win and get used to victories. We need to win the war for these children to live in a powerful state."
On August 20, 2014, there were fierce battles during the third attempt of assaulting Ilovaisk. "Aksyon" was not supposed to participate in the assault, because the day before he had received an order for violation. But he persuaded his comrades to take him with them as well. During the battle, the enemy threw grenades at the group of soldiers where Oleh was. One of them exploded next to Oleh, a shrapnel injured his eye and leg. They say that was how he covered his comrades. The wounded "Aksen" was taken to Starobesheve settlement, where he died while waiting for air evacuation.
He dreamed of kicking the enemy out of his hometown and preventing separatism from spreading throughout the country. According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine on July 17, 2015, he was awarded the Medal "For Courage", III degree (posthumously).
I am going to fight until it is necessary for my lands and my city to be liberated from any abomination.
This is what "Aksyon" said in his interview shortly before his death.
