Maksym "Nasim" Tokarev is a fan of the football club "Dynamo" (Kyiv), a representative of the "Neighborhood" team.

Maksym Pavlovich Tokarev was born on September 18, 1996 in the city of Kyiv. He was a student of the city gymnasium No. 178, after which he graduated from the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture. Maxim's mother, Tetyana Tokareva, worked as a teacher at the university, so he himself studied excellently. According to the memories of his relatives, he was very well-read since childhood and spent almost all his free time reading books. At an early age, he became interested in studying the history of Ukraine. In turn, this contributed to nationalist nationalist views, which also began to take shape very early.

He came to the fan sector of "Dynamo" at school age, because the whole family cheered for Kyiv. Relatives recall that the principles of the fan community and the general atmosphere in the stands had a strong influence on the young man. The fight against injustice and the defense of honor inherent in the fan movement shaped the boy's worldview.

In 2016, the group "Neighborhood" was created, which also included Maxim's brother. In addition to supporting their home club, the boys trained and spent a lot of time with the friendly FBF brewery team. Maksym was actively involved in the ideological education of his teammates, because, as in his youth, he devoted most of his time to the study of historical materials.

Like the vast majority of fans from the capital, Maxim participated in the Revolution of Dignity. On February 18, 2014, a 16-year-old boy rescued people from the burning Trade Union Building on the Maidan. He was wounded in the leg and was jumping from the second floor when the flames engulfed the bottom of the building. After that fateful winter for the country, he became interested in politics. In 2017, he graduated from the courses of assistant to a people's deputy, and tried to change many things for the better.

After graduating from the university in 2019, Maxim worked as a manager in one of the construction companies. At the same time, he did not abandon his intentions to engage in politics. He believed that only the one who is ready to shed blood for it can decide the fate of the country. Therefore, in 2020, he signed a contract with the Naval Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Relatives and friends were at first surprised by such a decision, because they knew about Maxim's bad eyesight. He fought for about two years as part of the battalion, which most of the time occupied defensive positions in Donetsk region.

The beginning of the full-scale war "Nasim" met in the ranks of the 503rd separate battalion of marines in the Donetsk direction. In the first days of the war, his company was surrounded twice, and twice in a row he managed to get out unscathed. In June 2022, he received a shrapnel wound. After treatment, he returned to the army, and already in August he was promoted to the commander of the unit. Brothers remember that "Nasim" was brave and not afraid to take risks. In the same August, together with another soldier, they entered the territory occupied by the enemy at night and planted the flag of the 503rd OBMP there.

Maksym Tokarev died on October 23, 2022 in the area of the village Opytne (Donetsk region), as a result of detonation on an explosive device during a combat mission. We said goodbye to the Warrior on Independence Square in Kyiv. Awarded the Order "For Courage" III degree (posthumously).
