Maksym "Misha" Mishchenko is a fan of football club "Kryvbas" (Kryvyi Rih) and a representative of the "RWB" team.

Maksym Mishchenko was born on September 8, 1995. He finished 9 classes of school number 85 in Kryvyi Rih. After leaving school, he attended the centre for retraining and served in the 25th separate airborne brigade.

 Family and friends recall Maksym as a bright and energetic guy. He was a good comrade, friend, and optimistic person. He was fond of boxing, loved his hometown, and actively supported "Kryvbas". When the city of Debaltseve became liberated, he was the first to raise the flag of Ukraine there.

Maksym died in battle on August 5, 2014. At about 4 a.m., while performing a combat mission near Orlovo-Ivanivka (Donetsk region), a unit of the brigade was ambushed by terrorists. Senior soldier Mishchenko was killed as a result of tank shelling.

On November 14, 2014, he was awarded the medal "For courage" III degree (posthumously). On 12 November 2014 in Kryvyi Rih, on the walls of his native 85th school, the memorial plaque in memory of Maksym Mishchenko was unveiled.
