Kyrylo "Bayan" Baev is a fan of the "Metalist" football club (Kharkiv), a representative of the "Young Patriots" team.

Kyrylo Andriyovych Baev was born on June 14, 2001 in the city of Kharkiv. He studied at school No. 119 in his hometown, after which he entered the faculty of physical education and sports of the Kharkiv Pedagogical University named after H.S. Frying pans From an early age, his main hobby was sports. At first, my mother brought Kirill to the football section, but since childhood the boy gravitated more towards power struggles, put his body hard where there was not enough speed and fearlessly went into power clashes.

After that, it was decided to try his hand at martial arts. Having started practicing judo at the age of 10 in the club "Slobozhanets", he devoted the next 4 years to this sport. Having mastered the necessary wrestling technique, he began to develop in other directions, in particular mixed martial arts (MMA).

During his performances at competitions, Kyrylo repeatedly won first places at tournaments in the Kharkiv region. He was the champion of Ukraine in the Cossack duel. The victory in the national championship in this sport allowed the talented young man to make his way to international competitions. There he continued to win, achieving World Championship medalist titles and eventually the World Cup. In addition, he engaged in Horting and won the championship of Ukraine.

Passion for martial arts and success in sports could not help but bring Kirill to the "Metalist" fan stand. The developed young man with considerable experience in sports performances immediately drew the attention of surrounding football teams. Initially, he held several arranged meetings against fans of other teams as part of the Kharkiv AFC team, after which he did not join any of the teams for a long time, simply visiting the sector. With the beginning of a full-scale war, "Bayan" got into the circle of brothers from the "Young Patriots" team, where representatives of the younger generation of fans of the famous KCP gathered. Later, Kyrylo became a representative of this collective.

In civilian life, Kirill had many hobbies and true friends, with whom he experienced many adventures. Until a certain time, the parents knew about their son's interest in football, but he carefully protected them from the details of fan life.

In 2023, he was supposed to defend his bachelor's degree, but after the start of a full-scale war, he postponed his studies and, together with his teammates, joined the ranks of the unit, which would later become known as the "Kraken" unit of the GUR Ministry of Defense. Kyrylo Baev died on January 14, 2023 while performing a combat mission near the city of Soledar (Bakhmut district).

In February 2023, the performer Tony Brasko dedicated a song called "How many" to the fallen Kharkiv resident. On August 29, 2023, a memorial plaque was unveiled on the building of the school where Kyrylo studied.
