Igor "Simeynyi" Pakhomov is a fan of the "Metalist" football club (Kharkiv), a representative of the "Feccia Giallo Blu" team.
Ihor Serhiyevich Pakhomov was born on February 11, 1992 in the city of Kharkiv. He studied at school No. 74, after which he studied at the Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy, and later obtained a second higher education at the Kharkiv National Pedagogical University named after Frying pans For six years, he was involved in ballroom dancing and was also fond of football.
He started going to the "Metalista" fan club at a young age. In 2014, he joined the FGB ultras team. He supported the Kharkiv team in the stands of stadiums in many Ukrainian cities. He took part in the football-related life of the movement. He had an active civic position.
When the events of the Revolution of Dignity began to rapidly unfold on the streets of Kharkiv, Ihor was one of those who took an active part in the "defense of Rymarska" from pro-Russian collaborators and armed terrorists. He soon joined the ranks of "Azov", as part of which he defended Ukraine for three years, visiting many hot spots of the war in the East. Received the rank of officer. In "Azov" he performed serious tasks as part of intelligence, later he led a platoon. He taught many less experienced brothers the basics of military affairs.
He lived without a father from an early age, and in 2014 he lost his mother as well. Friends and teammates remember that Igor was an honest and sincere person, a loyal friend. In 2017, he married his beloved Tatyana, with whom he raised a daughter and a son. He was an exemplary family man, the best and loving father for children.
In the first days of the full-scale war, Kharkiv fans stood up for the defense of their native city. "Family" together with teammates and comrades from the time of ATO joined the TrO unit, on the basis of which the special unit "Kraken" was later created. On March 25, 2022, one of the first operations to liberate the Kharkiv region took place. During the battle in n.p. Vilkhivka Igor Pakhomov was one of the first to break through the enemy's firing positions. He was ambushed and mortally wounded when he rushed to help his brothers in one of the locations of the village.
