Ihor "Shlyakhta" Minyailo is a fan of FC Sumy football club.

Ihor Mykhailovych Minyailo was born on July 24, 1989 in the city of Sumy. He studied at school No. 29, after which he entered the Sumy Vocational College of Arts and Culture named after D. S. Bortnyanskyi. Later, he obtained a higher education at the Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A. S. Makarenko at the Faculty of "Social and Applied Psychology". From the age of 13, he was engaged in martial arts, as well as football.

He began to visit the fan stand of PFC Sumy in the early 2010s. Then there were also the times of the "Autonomous Resistance" and "Reactor" movements. Ihor was involved in nationalist organizations in his hometown. In addition to football, he and his friends organized runs with nationalist slogans in Sumy. He was also known by the nickname "Damansky" in the fan sector.

Igor is remembered as a "stoic" who accepted reality and tried to understand it, as if looking behind it. Later, he was one of those who aroused public opinion during Yanukovych's rule with desperate actions. When the time of the Revolution of Dignity came in 2014, "Damanskyi" participated in the resistance to the criminal authorities. However, the scale of the events in Sumy outraged him, and sometimes amused him. He was a participant in the protests on Maidan Nezalezhnosti in Kyiv.

Immediately after the beginning of the Russian invasion in the East, Igor joined the ranks of the Aydar volunteer battalion, in 2015 he joined the OUN battalion. At that time, he participated in the battles for n.p. Happiness and Sands (Donetsk region). Even later, realizing that the war against the eternal enemy would be long, he concluded a contract with the Armed Forces. From that time, with minor breaks for vacation, he was at the front. During this period, he was contused twice.

Friends also mention that Igor loved philosophy, history and folklore. He was to some extent a Polonophile, fond of discussing the Commonwealth, Catholicism and Cossacks. This determined the future choice of the call sign - "Nobility". Being in the ranks of the 30th mechanized brigade named after Konstantin Ostrozhsky, they liked to talk about Prince Ostrozhsky and others. He composed his philosophical thoughts in poems and notes, which he left on his Instagram page for a small audience of friends. In 2016-17, he was married and divorced.

Defending the country in the East from 2017 to 2019 as part of the 93rd OMBr "Kholodny Yar". and from 2019-21 he fought in the 15th motorized infantry battalion of the "North" operational brigade. At this time, Igor proved himself to be a well-prepared, highly qualified and principled serviceman, demanding of himself. At the same time, a close friend recalls that "Damansky" did not romanticize the war, had a certain contempt for it and joked about death.

After the start of a large-scale war, from March 2022, "Shlyakhta" joined the ranks of the 3rd assault battalion of the 5th OShbr, took part in the measures necessary to ensure the defense of Ukraine, protect the safety of the population and the interests of the state due to Russian military aggression. He fought in the Kramatorsk and Kostyantynivsk directions of the Donetsk region. Always remained faithful to the military oath, restraining the enemy offensive.

The commander of the combat vehicle of the 1st division of the 3rd assault platoon of the 9th assault company of the 3rd assault battalion went missing in February 2023 during a battle in the area of Ivanivske (Donetsk region). Later it became known that Ihor Minyailo died on February 16. Awarded the title "Honorary Citizen of Sumy District" (posthumously).
